
David Taylor is responsible for all global strategy, communications and business development of Radius Solutions. He brings more than 18 years of professional and managerial experience in software applications and the packaging and printing industry.
Mr. Taylor is an active contributor in many industry associations, including the Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC), Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) and Flexible Packaging Association (FPA). Mr. Taylor has been quoted in a number of publications such as Flexible Packaging, PackagePrinting, Paperboard Packaging, Flexo and Folding Carton Industry Magazines.

Lawrence Bland is responsible for all financial, human capital and administrative operations of Radius Solutions. His focus includes optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring business control, and cultivating workforce and work environment excellence at Radius Solutions.
Over the last 20 years Mr. Bland has operated in a number of Senior Management roles at Radius Solutions including Group Financial Director (CFO) of Radius plc. -- a publicly traded corporation on the UK stock exchange.
Mr. Bland has a degree in finance, is a chartered accountant and has an MBA from Cranfield University.

Kevin Blakey is responsible for Radius Solutions operations in Europe, including all professional services, Account Management and software development.
Kevin joined Radius Solutions in 1998 as a Consultant and has led projects for Radius Solutions in North America, Europe and Asia. Before joining Radius Solutions, he worked in production management and IT management roles in several printing and packaging companies. Kevin has over 20 years of IT, Solutions and Printing and Packaging industry experience.
He holds an HND in Printing from Nottingham Trent University in England and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Leicester University

Phil Kelly is responsible for managing the European Sales and Marketing activities of Radius Solutions, and has been involved with the development of the company for approaching 20 years.
He has 25 years experience in the development and sales of application software, including the commercial and public sector market place.
Prior to Radius, Phil was a management consultant within the venture capital industry.
He has a degree in Economics and an MBA from Cranfield University.

Paul Devonald is responsible for the global development, technology, industry specific solutions and development groups for the PECAS Vision application. As such he is responsible to ensure that PECAS Vision provides the leading benefits, technology, and functionality for its served markets.
Prior to his software industry experience, Paul held management roles in the Printing and Packaging industry working with journal and book printing, binding, folding cartons and flexible packaging manufacturing. His experience includes; production management, MRP (Materials Resource Planning), warehousing, outsourcing, shipping, plate making and IT management.
Paul has a degree in Management Studies.

Steve Wilson is responsible for all European projects and consulting staff, including software implementations, upgrades, training and ongoing consulting support for all non U.S. based customers.
He makes sure that our consultants skills are kept up to date with regular professional development training, and that feedback from our customers is used for the ongoing development of Vision II.

David Moore is responsible for the overall management of Radius Solutions' strategic accounts in Europe.
David began his career by joining Radius Solutions in 1979 as a software developer trainee. Throughout the years he has held a number of different management roles within the organization in areas including; Development, Support, Account Management, General Management, and as part of the acquisitions group.
With more than twenty five years of technology experience within the printing and packaging industries, he has been instrumental in providing input into all generations of the PECAS product.
David holds a degree in Computer Science and Applied Physics from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Gill Mergl is responsible for all customer service and support functions including; scheduling of software development, problem resolution and upgrades for the North American Operations of Radius Solutions.
Ms. Mergl joined Radius Solutions in 1997 and has held senior management roles in both operations and projects. She was instrumental in the evolution of the software development and support group for the North American Market.
Prior to joining Radius Solutions, Ms. Mergl was the Vice President of a systems integration company where she was responsible for solutions, consultancy and development for clients including leading printing companies and major retail chains in the UK and Europe. Ms. Mergl has a background in software development and has worked in a number of software and project management roles in telecommunications and print-related companies in the UK and US including Crosfield Electronics.
Ms. Mergl holds a BSc from Nottingham University in the UK.

Julie is responsible for the European support team, coordinating the helpdesk at Radius. She works with a dedicated team to resolve outstanding problems or issues.
She joined Radius in September 1989. Prior to joining Radius she was a systems manager for a manufacturing company and spent 3 years studying Business Studies at South Leicestershire College.
Whilst working for Radius, Julie has also carried out on-site training of customers and consultancy.

Peter Crossley is responsible for developing Radius Solutions internal systems including Group Intranet and Extranet requirements.
Peter joined the Radius Group in 1984 and has worked in development, project and account management roles within the organisation, based in Sheffield, Oldham and Hull before moving to Radius Solutions in Dronfield in 1999.
He has over 35 years of I.T. experience with business systems, and prior to joining Radius he worked in the development arena, from trainee to various management roles. He has developed systems for software houses, as well as in-house systems in industry.

James is the technical manager at Radius UK. He coordinates the support for technical issues our customers may experience.
James joined Radius in 1989 and has nearly 20 years of technical knowledge over a multitude of platforms.

John Taylor is responsible for the finance function and provision of accounting information for both internal and external purposes for the European and American operations of Radius Solutions.
Prior to joining the company in 1987, Mr. Taylor worked for the Sheffield based Henry Boot Construction Group, primarily in their Railway Engineering division, where he progressed from trainee cost accountant to management accountant. His time there also included a one year secondment to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where Henry Boot was engaged in a joint venture building the new zoological gardens complex for the municipality.
Mr. Taylor has a degree in Geography from the University of Sheffield and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
